Shyness or Social Phobia !!
Shyness, (sometimes inaccurately called 'social phobia'), affects most people at some time in their life. Young people in particular find overcoming shyness difficult as they improve their social skills. And for some, shyness seems to persist into adult life, almost as if it has become a 'habit'.

Palm Wine, Toddy is one of the traditional, social and local drink extracted from either a coconut tree or a Palm tree flower. Palm Toddy is an alcoholic beverage created from the sap of various species of palm tree such as the Palmyra, and coconut palms. It is collected by tapping the top of the trunk, It is a cloudy, whitish beverage with a sweet alcoholic taste and a very short shelf life of only one day
